Our mission is to foster a rational approach to the diagnosis and treatment of cyanide poisoning through research, advocacy and education, thereby reducing the morbidity/mortality from cyanide-related causes.

Membership Types

Any individual who supports the mission and purpose of the CPTC and desires membership in the Coalition.
**First Responder: Please provide your license/certification number on bottom of application form. Any charitable donations provided to further the work of the CPTC will be accepted and tax deductible.

Any for-profit corporation who supports the mission and purpose of the CPTC and desires membership in the Coalition.

Any non-profit association, society, or organization who represents a group of persons or membership, companies, or other organizations who support the mission and purpose of CPTC, and represents their membership to CPTC in the interest of their membership.

Any non-profit foundation who represents a private or public foundation who supports the mission and purpose of CPTC. Sponsorship of CPTC would be considered as an educational or scientific grant, or a charitable donation.

Any Federal, State or Local government agency who supports the mission and purpose of the CPTC.
